Ansu Fati: Football is my life and that I will always have the will to stay fighting for my dreams

The 18-year-old admitted that while this is often clearly a troublesome moment, he’s determined to return out the opposite side.

“A few years ago, I had a significant injury: a fractured tibia and fibula,” Ansu Fati wrote on Instagram, amid a photograph of himself within the gym.

“I went almost a year without having the ability to play. there have been many days of suffering and pain, but also tons of learning; it helped me to understand small details.

“With my family and every one the professionals who helped me at that point , I promised myself to stay going and work harder than ever to urge back to doing what i really like the foremost .

“Unfortunately, now I even have to travel through an identical situation, which i will be able to face with an equivalent mentality. i would like to thank all those people that follow me and support me on a day to day .

“Football is my life and regardless of what percentage obstacles there are, i will be able to always have the will of continuous to fight for my dreams.”

Ansu Fati has been out with a knee injury since November 7, but the Barcelona forward has stated that he will not give up when it comes to his recovery, with more surgery potentially on the way.

The 18-year-old admitted that while this is clearly a tough moment, he is determined to come out the other side.

“I went almost a year without being able to play. There were many days of suffering and pain, but also a lot of learning; it helped me to appreciate small details.

“With my family and all the professionals who helped me at that time, I promised myself to keep going and work harder than ever to get back to doing what I love the most.

“Unfortunately, now I have to go through a similar situation, which I will face with the same mentality. I want to thank all those people who follow me and support me on a daily basis.

“Football is my life and no matter how many obstacles there are, I will always have the desire of continuing to fight for my dreams.

Ansu Fati has faced complications with his knee, which has caused his initial diagnosis of a four-month absence to be extended. It currently seems as though he will miss the remainder of the 2020/21 season.
