mindbodygreen is looking for a collaborative, detail-oriented, and passionate individual to join our Client Experience team. The Client Experience team is the voice of mbg to all advertising partners; the candidate must be obsessed with providing outstanding client experiences to advertisers of all sizes. Additionally, the team collaborates with all internal teams, external freelancers, and the experts to ideate, produce, and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
In addition to a deep knowledge of the wellness space, the ideal candidate will be hardworking, a stickler for process, solutions-oriented, and able to collaborate with various teams, talents, and personalities. He or she must be comfortable with ambiguity and interested in working in a fast-paced environment within a growing company. This individual thrives under pressure and looks forward to solving problems; this is when they find their best creativity + energy. Most importantly, we are looking for a high-energy individual with a positive, can-do attitude, who is a joy to work with!
Roles/Responsibilities:
- Provide unparalleled customer experience to mbg’s advertising partners
- Work with Sales team to create all documents and contracts needed to launch integrated marketing campaigns, including Insertion Orders, workflow timelines, and creative requirements
- Track all campaigns with the help of mbg’s Ad Ops team, ensuring all campaigns are optimized for success + deliver in full
- Organize and run all campaign processes and timelines, keeping all teams + clients on track
- Thoughtfully and thoroughly check all campaign elements before and after going live
- Analyze post-campaign data to determine what worked + future areas of opportunity
- Invoice all campaigns on a monthly basis
- Help improve analytics, tracking, and recap processes
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience at a media or related company, particularly in a client services or marketing analytics role
- Undergraduate degree
- Strong relationship building skills
- Highly organized + detail-oriented
- Ability to interpret data and take action
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional internal and external teams to bring an idea to life
- Results-driven with a desire to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with ambiguity
