Title: Data Entry Specialist (Independent Contractor)

Wolfram, creator of Mathematica, WolframlAlpha and the Wolfram Language, is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to join its Sales Initiatives department. The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for ensuring data is accurately entered into contact/customer databases, assigning and classifying leads to route to the appropriate salesperson for follow-up and researching contact information when needed to help categorize or assign leads properly.
Responsibilities
- Entering, cleaning and assigning leads to the Sales team from web forms, email campaigns, program signups and other automatic-lead-creation sources
- Cleaning and structuring lists for importing as leads for the Sales team from webinars, events and other manual-lead-creation sources
- Adding account and/or territory classifications to all newly created accounts so they are properly assigned a territory/salesperson
- Compiling email addresses for communication
- Generating reports and refining/cleaning the data
- Creating campaign codes to track effectiveness in converting sales leads to sales opportunities
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Experience with SugarCRM
