The Role

  • The Bloomerang Database Coach will report to the Database Coaching Manager and will be primarily responsible for the delivery of Bloomerang Coaching Sessions and Success Programs with a focus on best fundraising and database practices. Coaches strive to help customers overcome current database obstacles and to have a customer leave a session feeling more comfortable and confident in their ability to work independently in their database in the future. This person will play a crucial role in customer success, retention, and adoption assisting customers with their day-to-day fundraising database efforts.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Goal of at least 2-3 coaching sessions per day during the week.
  • Develop clear agendas based on the customer’s requests and goals for the session and send appropriate scheduling, pre-meeting and post meeting communication with customers.
  • Actively reach out to customers with hours available to schedule their next session.
  • Actively reach out to Success Program participants and check on their progress within the program.
  • Continue professional development by studying and becoming an expert on new product offerings and learning more about current Fundraising industry trends and initiatives on our Bloomerang Resources page.
  • Assist Database Coaching Manager with keeping track of customer communications and trainings scheduled within the CRM.
  • Create content and manage the Customer Facing Learning Management System.
  • Develop and teach Bloomerang Academy Classes.
  • Assist with teaching New Employee Orientation Bloomerang Product Training as needed.
  • Additional duties as assigned by the Database Coaching Manager as the program continues to develop and evolve.

  • Ability to adapt your coaching approach to multiple learning styles.

Location

This is a full-time, permanent position, either fully remote or based in our Indianapolis HQ. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.
