What you will do

We’re looking for someone to own, run and grow the overall operations of our delivery teams while exemplifying the culture and values of Seller Candy. Some of your primary responsibilities would include overseeing budgets, formulating overall strategy, growing and developing your teams and establishing policies.

  • Oversee team productivity and performance assessment
  • Manage and implement KPI Metrics
  • Ensure employees are motivated and productive
  • Design strategy and set goals for growth
  • Plan staffing requirements
  • Ensure all needed training is in place
  • Manage Quality Assurance
  • Strategize process improvements
  • Plan and review compensation plans
  • Coach, counsel, and deal with growth needs in team members
  • Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions
  • Supervise Utilization Reports
  • Control budgets and optimize expenses
  • Ensure a sense of progress in your team with clear growth and career progression opportunities

What you need

  • You should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker
  • Help your people develop and be productive
  • Have an eye for and ensure our profits are on the rise
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role
  • Strong computer skills to problem solve via the internet and communicate
  • Previous experience with Amazon, Lazada, or similar, is HIGHLY recommended, but not required
  • A heart felt, emotional connection to customer happiness
  • Extreme self motivation and problem solving skills
  • A natural aversion to letting problems be left unsolved
  • Attention to detail and with prompt reporting adherence to deadlines
  • More than 1 year working in eCommerce or technology industries
  • High level of English especially for reading
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
