Salary Level: $50,000 – $70,000/year base + monthly incentive program (estimated at an additional $15k per year)

As a member of a small, autonomous, and high-performing account team, the Digital Marketing Strategist plays a crucial role in creating measurable results for the team’s managed clients. The DMS is responsible for understanding the clients’ business goals, developing strategy, and facilitating the development of high-quality deliverables to accomplish these goals. The DMS will effectively build a trusted, long-term relationship with the team’s managed clients.

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketer – this is not an entry-level position.

Core Responsibilities

  • Meeting with clients and responding quickly to client communication
  • Developing and managing positive client relationships
  • Managing contractor partners
  • Reading and interpreting client data to measure results
  • Analyzing data in Google Analytics
  • Communicating key information between clients, teams, and project management resources
  • Ability to consult across digital channels

Desired Skills

  • Previous agency experience
  • Strong, real-world experience in digital marketing & social media
  • Account management or client-facing experience
  • Familiarity with industry-standard tools such as SEMRush & Google Analytics
  • Desire to work in a flexible, fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with internal and external teams
  • Interest in new technologies and staying up to date on industry trends

  2. Please be sure to include any experience you have being client-facing and/or developing digital strategies
  3. If you have agency experience please make sure that’s really clear (the best way is to just indicate which companies you’ve worked at that are agencies)
  4. Seems like fancy resumes are all the rage right now. We don’t care if your resume is 1 page or 5, if it’s got a fancy header or if you used a fancy set of fonts. We do however care about whether it’s legible & if you took the time to run it through a tool like Grammarly to avoid misspellings.

  • Minimum 1 year client-facing experience, ideally in a marketing agency
