🙌🏻 You’ll be responsible for:
- Generating outbound leads.
- Providing contact data of leads based on the ideal customer profile.
- Collecting and dividing data by Buyer Personas.
- Conducting email validation.
- Preparing lists of leads for the outreach.
- Managing databases.
- Researching and exploring new lead generation channels.
- Meeting and exceeding goals based on individual and team KPIs.
- Reporting on weekly and monthly basis.

- You have at least one year of proven experience in prospecting and lead generation in B2B.
- You speak and write fluent English.
- You can think and type fast 🙂 As well as and keep calm act logically and in a values-driven way when quick reaction and decision making is needed from your side.
- You actually care about quality of leads and want to bring value to the company growth.
- You are responsible and persistent.
- You are organized, able to multi-task and prioritize.
- You are familiar with Hubspot CRM.
- You can adapt to new tools and software.
- You will proactively develop creative ways to engage with potential clients and research new channels.
