🙌🏻 You’ll be responsible for:

  • Generating outbound leads.
  • Providing contact data of leads based on the ideal customer profile.
  • Collecting and dividing data by Buyer Personas.
  • Conducting email validation.
  • Preparing lists of leads for the outreach.
  • Managing databases.
  • Researching and exploring new lead generation channels.
  • Meeting and exceeding goals based on individual and team KPIs.
  • Reporting on weekly and monthly basis.

  • You have at least one year of proven experience in prospecting and lead generation in B2B.
  • You speak and write fluent English.
  • You can think and type fast 🙂 As well as and keep calm act logically and in a values-driven way when quick reaction and decision making is needed from your side.
  • You actually care about quality of leads and want to bring value to the company growth.
  • You are responsible and persistent.
  • You are organized, able to multi-task and prioritize.
  • You are familiar with Hubspot CRM.
  • You can adapt to new tools and software.
  • You will proactively develop creative ways to engage with potential clients and research new channels.
