We are seeking multiple REMOTE Technical Sourcers/Recruiters to join the dynamic recruiting team supporting a leading ecommerce company. Looking for candidates across the US -100% virtual!
The Technical Sourcer will focus in the areas of candidate talent search and placement, as well as talent acquisition process improvement. They will foster a collaborative team environment and a strong service-oriented culture, that ensures delivery of an efficient, effective, quality driven service to internal customers and which meets customer service level agreements.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of corporate and/or agency technical recruiting experience (Software Developer/Engineers)
• Experiencing managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships
• Experience building and driving talent sourcing initiatives.
