Principal Member of Technical Staff
Location: Dallas Texas United States
AT&T Services, Inc., is looking for a Principal Member of Technical Staff in Dallas, TX (and various unanticipated locations throughout the US; may work from home) responsible for all aspects of network focused technical project and program management.
- Provide overall direction and technical and analytical guidance to project and program teams.
- Recommend and take action to direct problem analysis resolution.
- Conduct end to end program management of programs containing multiple large projects, and portfolio management of a large scope entire portfolio that are company-wide, cross functional and strategic in nature.
- Lead cross functional teams to complete projects within allotted timeline and budget. Define project/program scope and objectives. Define project scope and objectives, direct activities of a project team, and identify resources.
- Work with external vendors and internal stakeholders to champion project(s) across the entire organization.
- Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
- Conduct project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis. Ensure adherences to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
- Manage the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and review vendor deliverables.
- Provide technical and analytical guidance to project team. Recommend and take action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems.
- Communicate with client/vendors/leadership.
Requires:
- a Master s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Computer Engineering and five (5) years of experience in the job offered, or five (5) years of experience in responsible for all aspects of network focused technical project and program management;
