
Regional Practice Administrator
Overview
Job Summary:
- The Regional Practice Administrator is responsible for developing and maintaining deep account relationships with clients and establish Ventra Health as a long-term partner in emergency medicine billing. This role will also function as the team leader for the Client Account team within the organization.
Responsibilities
Essential Functions and Tasks:
- Work closely with clients identified as at-risk to improve service and strengthen the partnership
- Responsible for all client accounts of their team including those managed by Client Service Administrator
- Mentor client Administrators and Client Support by providing coaching opportunities, and educational expertise
- Manage and report the status of client issues, satisfaction, and success to executive management monthly
- Document KPI for all clients monthly and conduct annual 360 practice review and update priorities in CRM
- Indirectly supervise CSA work and support CSA with problem solving solutions, as needed
- Travel to client sites to conduct start-up meetings, quarterly, or semi-annual reviews and/or sales presentations, as needed
- Communicate MIPS program information and performance to clients
- Create and develop blogs and/or white papers and participate in speaking engagements to position the organization as a top leader in emergency medicine billing
Qualifications
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent training and/or equivalent experience required
- Five (5) years of client services and medical billing experience preferred
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to oversee multiple priorities

- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software skills

- Basic use of computer, telephone, Internet, copier, fax, and scanner
- Touch -typing skills, 40 wpm required, 50 wpm preferred
- Understand and comply with company policies and procedures
- Basic knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel
Travel:
- The Regional Practice Administrator will be expected to travel 25% of the time or as the job requires.
