Position Overview

This role will collaborate with other members of our creative team, as well as across Marketing, to concept big ideas and develop them into powerful visual narratives. The ideal candidate will not just consider how the story is told through words, but also images and immersive design language. They will be primarily focused on concepting and executing brand initiatives ranging from video (including audio, animation, and motion graphic design), web design, social/digital campaigns, and sales content. This role requires the ability to work with all levels of the organization to take projects from ideas to final output.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to various external and internal projects under direction of Creative Services Manager
  • Deliver fresh, high quality and on brand collateral, sales decks, social and display ads for both client prospects and employee recruiting.
  • Manage the lifecycle of creative projects from design concept to final production.
  • Bring new ideas and design approach to visual marketing strategy.
  • Edit video using appropriate techniques and effects to create a quality, creative finished product.
  • Create complex visual graphics, including but not limited to animations and motion graphics.

Education & Experience

  • At least 5-7 years of experience in graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing.
  • 1+ year in B2B environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in, Art, Design, Advertising, or relevant field; and/or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, and InDesign.
  • Stunning portfolio that shows how you get from concept to reality and can articulate it in written and visual form
  • Ability to story board and direct video production based off a creative brief
  • Demonstrated storytelling ability to develop and apply corporate branding and visual identity to collateral and define styling for learning initiatives.
  • Excellent time management and multi-task skills to perform efficient and quality-driven design under tight deadlines.
  • Great organizational skills: must be able to track large scale projects and keep teams updated on status.
  • Strong attention to details, policies and procedures with the ability to identify and recommend improvement opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of integrated teams in a fluid environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with people at all organization levels.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Final Cut Pro X
  • Experience with multimedia authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or Lectora

This role can be performed from any office in the US. The pay range for this position is $51,479 – $74,659/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here. Base pay information is based on market location.
